Charlene founded TryUnity Services in 2003 on one conviction — that every person deserves a financial professional who actually explains things.
What she discovered quickly was that most people were not struggling with their finances because they were irresponsible. They were struggling because nobody had ever taken the time to show them. They had been rushed, overlooked, and treated like a transaction.
She refused to be that professional.
She became the one who stayed. Who pulled up a chair. Who made sure every client left not just with completed paperwork — but with real understanding.
After a season of stepping back and regrouping, she returns in 2026 clearer and more intentional than ever before.
