These Terms of Service govern your use of the TryUnity Services website located at tryunityservices.com and the professional services provided by TryUnity Services, LLC.

By accessing our website or purchasing any service you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES
TryUnity Services provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial consulting, and related financial empowerment services to individuals, families, and small business owners. All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise arranged.

PAYMENT
All service fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase. Monthly bookkeeping subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Tax preparation services are billed as a one-time fee per tax year. A deposit may be required before services begin.

CANCELLATION
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 15 days notice before the next billing date. Cancellations received after that window will take effect on the following billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information. TryUnity Services is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing all completed returns and documents before submission.

ACCURACY AND LIABILITY
TryUnity Services prepares all work with the highest standard of care and professional diligence. However TryUnity Services is not liable for IRS or state tax authority decisions, audit outcomes, or penalties resulting from information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All client financial information is held in strict confidence. We do not share client information with third parties without written consent except as required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and brand assets is the property of TryUnity Services, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, New Jersey.
