Refund policy
At TryUnity Services all sales are final. Due to the nature of professional financial services — including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial consultations — we do not offer refunds once services have been initiated.
Here is our specific policy by service type:
Bookkeeping Services — Monthly bookkeeping subscriptions may be cancelled anytime with 15 days notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees apply. Work completed up to the cancellation date will not be refunded.
Tax Preparation Services — Once your tax return preparation has begun no refund will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with your experience please contact us directly at charlene@tryunityservices.com within 5 business days of service completion and we will work to resolve your concern.
Free Consultation — Our 30-minute consultation is completely free. No payment is required and no refund policy applies.
