No. All TryUnity Services are delivered virtually. You can work with Charlene from anywhere — your home, your store, or your car between appointments.
What if my books are a mess?
That is exactly why we are here. Most new clients come to us with disorganized records. We will assess where you are and create a plan to get you caught up without judgment.
Can I cancel my monthly bookkeeping subscription?
Yes. Monthly bookkeeping packages can be cancelled anytime with 15 days notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees.
What do I need to bring to my first consultation?
Nothing formal. Just come ready to talk about your financial situation — your income sources, your business if you have one, and what is stressing you out most right now. Charlene takes it from there.
Do you work with people who have never had a bookkeeper before?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are first-time bookkeeping clients. We start where you are and build from there.
What if I get audited?
TryUnity clients file accurate returns with proper documentation. If you do receive a notice we will help you understand it and respond appropriately. You are never alone in dealing with the IRS.
